Scouting Around

Choosing your wedding venue will be one of the biggest decisions you make while planning your destination wedding in Todos Santos. I think one of my favorite parts as a planner is getting to show the couples all the places available in Todos Santos, there are SO many!

Make sure there is enough room to accommodate enough guests(for both ceremony & reception) try to have your guest list count prior to booking that way you know there is enough space. There are so many gorgeous spaces in this town but some can only accommodate 50 while others can accommodate 200+ guests.

Privacy is important to most and that is why a lot of couples choose Todos Santos, you get out of the tourist trap of Cabo where you will find so many venues with secluded beaches so you don’t have to worry about Jane Doe in her swimsuit in the background of your photos.

Lights, Camera… lighting can really make the space come together. If you fall in love with a venue that has so much space but not much lighting, you can ask if they can provide market lights or rent those for your special day. Because Todos Santos is such a small town when the sun is down it is D A R K so lighting is key, I always say skout out your venue during the day and at night so you can see the difference.

Views Views Views, not everyone wants to get married on the beach here in Todos Santos but a good chunk does. While most venues can accommodate your ceremony on the beach and reception back on their space there are so many gorgeous hidden places. Why not have your ceremony on the beach and bring your reception back in the palm orchards?

Off Grid can be beautiful yet sometimes challenging for weddings. You want to always make sure there is enough ample outlets that will have enough amps for all your vendors. You don’t want the DJ to get cut off on a song because the coffee maker was getting plugged in for a late night drink.
