Importance of a Wedding Itinerary
Started a wedding website, now what?
There is so much to do and see in Todos Santos (check out my blog on adventures in Baja here ) but creating an Itinerary for your guests definitely helps alleviate getting bombarded with questions closer to your wedding day.
This helps with your wedding party, family, and all guests so they get everything they need to know to help plan for their trip internationally.
This will help avoid any of the questions below while you are trying to enjoy being engaged and looking forward to your big day!
Is there a wedding rehearsal? (make sure to include RSVP on your website!)
What time do I need to be there on the wedding day, how long does it take to get there?
Can I plan activities the day before or after the wedding?
Here is a template of a mockup itinerary, you can also create one just for family/wedding party that includes more events and a secondary for all guests.
Want to take it a step further? Print out itineraries for them whether you mail it to them before the wedding so they can take it or bring them, mass email it to everyone or have them in their rooms ready for their arrival and you will not be bombarded with calls/texts. There are so many other details you should be including for your destination wedding and that is why I love putting together a sheet full of information you can put on your wedding website. You can put as much or as little as needed for your itinerary
